In these terms and conditions;
"we" and "us" means "Dansk Cardiologisk Selskab" and the committee of the event “2nd Nordic Symposium on Cardiac CT”, whose registered office is at Hauser Plads 10,2., 1127 København K.
“the event” means the event “2nd Nordic symposium on Cardiac CT” as described on this website (www.ncct2011.eu).
"Ticket" means rights to admission to the event in the form of the order confirmation received after purchase via the website.
"Website" means this website (www.ncct2011.eu).
"you" means an individual purchasing tickets using this Website.
Sale of "Symposium Packets"
Rights to admission for the event are sold in the form of an order confirmation which is delivered electronically via this Website.
A request by you to purchase "Symposium Packets" using the booking process on this Website is an offer made subject to these Purchase Terms. The offer is made when you click the "pay" button on the Basket Page of the Website. Acceptance by us shall be deemed to be effective when your debit/credit card details have been cleared and we have confirmed your order.
Making your Booking
To buy Tickets, you must register and set up an account with us (or log in to an account you have previously set up). Please see our Privacy Policy for further information about how we will use your personal data. You must not use our Website or any services available via it if you do not accept this Privacy Policy and our terms and conditions.
You must be over 18 years old to buy "Symposium Packets" using this Website.
When you are logged into this Website you may choose the "Symposium Packet" you wish to purchase and add them to your basket. Please check your purchase carefully before you confirm your purchase and check out by clicking on "pay". At this stage an offer has been made by you to purchase the "Symposium Packet" selected.
All fees are quoted in Euro/DKK and is without VAT.
The following credit cards can be used: Dankort, eDankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB.
Once you have offered to purchase the "Symposium Packet" then, subject to their availability at advertised prices and checking your debit/credit card details, we will accept your offer and confirm your Booking by sending you an e-mail containing the order confirmation – including your order number.
When we accept your offer to buy a "Symposium Packet" we will charge your debit/credit card with the face value of the "Symposium Packet" plus any transaction fees. The face value and any fees will be clearly itemised in your basket before you confirm your purchase and check out.
Please keep your order confirmation in a safe place as you will be refused entry to the Event without it.
Gaining admission to the Event
The order number for each Booking is issued subject to these terms and conditions. We advise that you familiarise yourself with the following terms and conditions before attending the Event.
As the person making the Booking, you must attend the Event yourself, and must accompany all other persons for whom the Booking is made.
When you arrive at the Event you have booked, you must be able to provide your order number and your name and address. Only the person in whose name the Booking has been made needs to provide this information.
Right of cancellation
You have a two-week cancellation right from the date of payment. If you wish to cancel your conference registration, you must send us an e-mail: dcs@dadlnet.dk. The paid fee less any transaction fees connected to the payment will be reimbursed as soon as possible and within the current month plus 30 days at the latest from receipt of the e-mail asserting the right of cancellation.
Kindly mention your (international) bank account number, SWIFT/IBAN codes as well as the order number, your name and address.

Accept af købet fra vores side sker når kreditkort oplysningerne er verificeret og vi har bekræftet din købsordre.

For at få adgang til arrangementet
Ordre nr. for hver booking er udstedt i forhold til disse betingelser. Vi tilråder, at man gør sig bekendt med følgende betingelser før man deltager i arrangementet. Den person, som har lavet bookingen for arrangementet, skal selv deltage, og skal ledsage alle andre personer, som bookingen også omfatter.
Når du ankommer til arrangementet, må du kunne dokumentere ordre nr., samt navn og adresse. Dette gælder kun for den person, som har foretaget bookingen.
Fortrydelsesret
Der er en 14-dages fortrydelsesret gældende fra købsdatoen. Hvis du ønsker at aflyse din registrering, send da en e-mail til: dcs@dadlnet.dk
Det erlagte beløb for arrangementet minus eventuelle transaktionsgebyrer vil blive tilbagebetalt hurtigst muligt og inden for løbende måned plus 30 dage som det seneste fra modtagelse af aflysnings e-mailen. Oplys venligst dit (internationale) bankkonto nr., SWIFT/IBAN koder samt ordre nr. og navn og adresse.
